“If I can’t find what I want, I create it”
When I was ready to make life changes, I knew I needed help to accomplish the task. I didn’t need therapy to fix a problem. I wanted a person (not friend or family) to talk openly about my goals, and how to achieve them. Someone available to me on my time schedule.
Discovering the coaching field was inspirational! It was much easier accomplishing my goals with a life coach. I enrolled in formal training to become one and eventually created Compass Companion. The business caters to a personalized structure with greater accessibility and freedom for “charting your own way”.
Relationship success has been a popular area, and one of the Compass Companion’s most frequent offerings. Dating, starting over, and online profiles can feel overly complicated. With a coach, you can start to take a more proactive approach and not wait around for things to change. Finding one’s compass!
I have a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Professional Coach Certification, a NLP Practitioners Certification, and I’m currently accumulating hours to become a Master in NLP. My membership in the Association for NLP (ANLP) has been active since 2018.

I was raised in the suburbs and now call Boston, Massachusetts my home. No accent, but I love my sports teams. In my free time I can be found at my favorite dog park, working on my golf game, or listening to live music around the city. I am happy that I followed my own compass -Lesley
